This is a fully private unit with no shared spaces with any other unit. Self check-in via keypad. Exterior security cameras are located on the outside of the property only, reviewed exclusively at check-in/checkout or if issues arise. Features nearby Red Sandstone Park (playground, picnic areas), Red Sandstone Creek, access to the North Trail for hiking/biking, and easy connections to West Vail shopping. Character: sunny, south-facing lots, mountain and slope views, quiet cul-de-sac streets and creekside spots.
